Charles Webb Center Programs for Children The Webb Center serves special needs children from Age 6 Weeks to 10 Years Old who have the services of an Early Interventionist or Service Coordinator. It is licensed by the SC Child Care Licensing Services and the Department of Health and Environmental Control. The SCDDSN provides full day funding for twenty children from age six weeks to three years old and partial day funding for seven DDSN certified children.
